What sensitive personal information and jobs are being sent
offshore?
The Commonwealth Bank does not have any offshore processing
or call centre operations.
However, it was recently reported in the Australian Financial
Review that CBA is reviewing its software maintenance operation
with a view to determining the benefits of offshore outsourcing.
Ralph Norris, CEO, has also commenced publicly arguing that
Australian demographics will make offshoring of jobs inevitable.
